Her careers, though it started as teacher, she stepped into the corporate world and worked for 4 years with Standard Chartered Bank. It was a hands-on & fruitful experience handling clients of the Priority Department of the Bank.(2007 - 2010)

In 2011, SHIV TUTORIALS the coaching institute was conceptualized with the intention to create a string foundation for the students of class 5th to 10th. She accomplished this by complementing their learnings at school with real life applications of the concepts.
